High Plains Administrative Services provides governance and other administrative services to your private trust company to meet the needs of you and your family members involved in the management of the PTC. Our services include the following:

Record management and retention for the PTC;

Preparation of meeting agendas, corporate minutes and resolutions for the PTC;

Corporate secretary and signature authority services;

Assistance facilitating annual and special meetings of the PTC's managers, directors, or other voting parties, as well meetings of PTC committees;

Compliance with corporate and PTC statutory requirements;

Advising about amendments and other updates to the PTC governing documents;

Coordination with services providers, including accountants, financial advisors, and attorneys, advising the PTC and trust(s) it serves as trustee;
